Estou voltando da 4 oficina de Inclusão Digital que aconteceu no Rio. Pretendo escrever alguns comentários aqui, mas para adiantar fica a pergunta o que é inclusão digital? Estraviz diz que é papo de protologista; O Felipe diz não acreditar na Inclusão Digital; Outros dizem que são ações que levam os excluídos à inclusão? Que vocês acham?

Eu creio que exclusão e inclusão dependem de um referencial. Sou incluído ou excluído do que? Muitas pessoas envolvidas na retórica de telecentros, infocentros, pontos de cultura e demais atividades não estão realmente incluídas desde o meu ponto de vista. Não se apropriaram da tecnologia social envolvida, não ocuparam os espaços informacionais e apenas repetem as formas de se fazer política. Pois bem, política partidária atua numa plataforma de rede (pelo menos uma política partidária séria!) e isso tem tudo a ver com a formação de uma sociedade em rede.
